Please read these terms carefully before renting a scooter from us

Quick Summary
1. Rental Agreement
By booking a scooter through our platform, you agree to enter into a rental agreement with us. This agreement becomes binding once your payment is processed and confirmed.
- The rental period begins at the scheduled delivery time
- Late returns may incur additional charges
- The scooter must be returned in the same condition as received
2. Eligibility Requirements
To rent a scooter, you must meet the following requirements:
- Age: Minimum 17 years old (18 for scooters above 125cc)
- License: Valid domestic or international driving license for motorcycles
- ID: Valid passport or government-issued ID
- Experience: Basic scooter/motorcycle riding experience
3. Payment Terms
Deposit Option (30%)
Pay 30% upfront to secure your booking. The remaining 70% is payable in cash upon delivery.
Full Payment Option
Pay 100% upfront for convenience. Nothing to pay on delivery.
All prices are displayed in USD. For local payments, the Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) equivalent will be calculated at the current exchange rate.
4. Cancellation Policy
48+ hours before delivery
Full refund
24-48 hours before delivery
50% refund
Less than 24 hours
No refund
5. Your Responsibilities
- Always wear the helmet provided
- Follow all local traffic laws and regulations
- Do not ride under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Keep the scooter locked when unattended
- Report any damage or accidents immediately
- Return the scooter with the same fuel level
- Pay for any traffic fines incurred during rental
6. Damage & Liability
The renter is responsible for any damage to the scooter during the rental period, except for:
- Normal wear and tear
- Mechanical failures not caused by misuse
- Pre-existing damage documented at pickup
In case of major damage or theft, the renter may be responsible for up to 100% of the scooter's value.
7. Insurance
Basic third-party liability insurance is included in all rentals. This covers:
- Third-party property damage (up to IDR 50,000,000)
- Third-party bodily injury (up to IDR 25,000,000)
Note: Personal injury to the renter is not covered. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers motorcycle accidents.
